Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. / 218 degrees C.
Step 2
Cut the plantains in diagonal slices, 1/2 an inch thick. Coat the plantain slices with some avocado oil and cinnamon. Place on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
