Directions

Step 1
Peel and cut potatoes into 1 inch squares.
Step 2
Place the potatoes in a large pan and sprinkle them with butter, salt, and minced garlic. Add water to the pot until the potatoes are covered but don't over fill it. Slightly cover the pot and boil for 10 minutes or until soft.
Step 3
While the potatoes are cooking, lets prepare the steak. Mix the softened butter, salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley in a bowl until combined. Lather this mix on the steak.
