2 Tablespoon
plain yogurt
1/4 Cup
raspberries
1/4 Cup
blueberries

Directions

Step 1
Pierce the sweet potato with a fork and microwave for 5 minutes. Wait for it to cool and peel the skin off. Cut it into chunks. You can also peel the sweet potato and steam it until soft if you prefer not to use a microwave.
Step 2
Add the cooked sweet potato chunks to a food processor along with the egg. Mix until smooth.
