Asian Beef and Veggies

Step: 1
Add water and rice to a pot. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cover the pot. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Once done, fluff with a fork. Set aside.
Step: 2
Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the steak. Place some olive oil on a pan and add the seasoned steak on top. Cook on medium heat for 4 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
Step: 3
Remove the steak from the pan and set aside. Now we will make the sauce: Add some olive oil on the pan plus the garlic. Cook for 30 seconds. Add the water, the lemon juice, soy sauce, and honey, bring to a simmer.
